New Sessions with Young Rembrandts: 9/16 – 10/21
Back-to-school is in full swing at Young Rembrandts, as we present
drawing lessons that encompass a fascinating world of color, pattern, and design. Students will strengthen their marker skills as they
draw a detailed gumball machine. We’ll travel back in time to the age
of the pharaohs as we illustrate a decorative Egyptian headdress.

Roosevelt’s award-winning Destination Imagination program is organizing new teams and recruiting adult team managers for the upcoming season. DI is an international program that encourages creativity, problem-solving and teamwork: Teams of students in K5 and older work on a fun, open-ended challenge over the DI season and also practice on-their-feet thinking with instant challenges. New and returning DI families are invited to learn more and sign up at our parent information meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., in Longfellow’s little theatre on the 2nd floor. For questions, please email
