It’s not too late to turn in Fun Run pledges! We are still accepting donations to help support your Roosevelt community!
Conference Teacher Dinner
Parent/Teacher conferences are coming up. Let’s provide the teachers and staff with a meal for one of the evening conference days to thank them for their hard work and making Roosevelt such a great place! On Thursday, October 24th the PTA will be purchasing a meal for the teachers. On Tuesday, October 29th, Roosevelt families will donate items towards an “Appetizer Abundance” to help teachers and staff through the long night of conferences. Follow this link for more info.
Box Tops Collection
Who will win the Box Tops Fall challenge? You have until MONDAY, 10/28 to turn in your clipped Box Tops or to scan your receipts for your child’s classroom to have a chance to win a cake pop party sponsored by the PTA!
Currently, 1st place is Ms. Wyman’s 3rd grade class at $24.70. 2nd place is Mrs. Niemoeller’s JK PM class at $13.30, and 3rd place is Ms. Bridges’ SK class at $13.20. Our Goal is $1,000 for the 2019-2020 school year. We are currently at $398. We need your Box Tops!
There are two ways to participate:
1. Clip Box Tops and turn them into your child’s classroom teacher.
2. Download the Box Top app and scan your receipts. The link to download the app is here.
When you submit a receipt through the app, please make sure you add your child’s teacher’s name to the “credit” memo for each scan. This allows you to tag your earnings to a specific classroom teacher. If you shop for groceries online you can now submit your email receipts from select retailers.
